Not least on the climate crisis that’s causing such devastation around the world.

We’d like to hear it - and share it.

Pics or it didn’t happen! Before the tide (or that summer rain) washes away your words, take a photo.

On Tuesday 18 July 2023, working with arts organisation Sand In Your Eye and the Skegness community, we sent our first #PostcardFromTheEdge to the Prime Minister.

Covered by local and national media, the message was a plea for help and a reminder: communities across the country care about the impacts of climate change and want action from our leaders, now.

Join us by ‘sending’ your own #PostcardFromTheEdge to the PM

Make your own postcard on the beach and share it on social media, tagging Right Community Action and the Prime Minister (see useful info below for social media handles), and including hashtags #PostcardFromTheEdge and #WeAreHere. If you send the photographs to us, we’ll also use them in our own campaign materials too.

No chance to get to the beach? Don’t worry, you can still join in!

2. Download our template (available in A4 and A3) print it out (or edit digitally) and add your own message and where you are in the country. Add colour and pattern if you’d like to! Take a photograph and share it on social media, tagging Right Community Action and the Prime Minister (see useful info below for social media handles), and including hashtags #PostcardFromTheEdge and #WeAreHere. If you send the photographs to us, we’ll also use them in our own campaign materials too.

3. Shout about it on social media! Add this twibbon to your profile pic on twitter, to say that you are part of the #PostcardFromTheEdge campaign care about climate change and want action from our leaders, now.
